Congratulations to Zack in Year 12 for a storming performance in an international cycle race in Spain.

Zack placed 40th out of of a field of 180 in a gruelling 85 mile road race outside Alicante. The four hour race involved some steep climbs to over one thousand metres!

Zack, who is part of the BCC Race Team was one of only 12 young UK riders taking on the Costa Blanca Challenge which also included a 5 mile time trial the day before.

Zack has a full schedule, with a two day race coming up followed by the CiCLE Classic, the longest running one day international race in British cycle sport.
