Almost all queries can be directed to our reception/enquiries team who will then forward information to relevant staff as required.

Please note that we allow staff up to 48hrs to respond to emails, this may be an initial response with a follow up after the 48hr period if the email requires further investigation. Staff are not asked to check or respond to emails during evenings, weekends or outside of term time.

We aim to work collaboratively with our parents and carers and ask that our staff are treated with respect in all interactions.

As a school we reserve the right to end calls, meetings or visits by parents/carers if these become aggressive or abusive.

Absence

If your child is absent from school, please notify us via the EduLink App and attach evidence of medical appointments where possible before 8.00am every day.
