Warrington Rugby Festival

On Tuesday 20 June, our Year 7 girls’ rugby team went to Warrington for the Inspired by 9’s National’s Festival after winning the Bradford District competition last month. No overall win this time but they won a few of their games and we had some very close draws! All of the girls played exceptionally well and threw themselves into every tackle! They should be so proud of themselves –  the ambition and drive they show towards the game is inspiring. The girls are so excited to play again next year and have already started planning ways to improve their skills.

The excitement continues, on Friday night the team will be heading to Headingly Stadium to watch Leeds Rhinos v Huddersfield Giants.
