We invite you to view our Open Evening online within our Parent & Pupil Information section.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been selected as finalist in the Nesta Challenges - Longitude Explorer Prize! Four pupils travelled down to Olympic Park in London to attend a STEM day where they presented their ideas.

We are delighted that our team with the idea, EVA (Emergency Vibrating Alarm) was chosen as Finalist for the Longitude Explorer Prize of £25,000. GCSE Engineering pupils, Sean, Tom, Ellie and Laura are now invited to the Finalist Event to be held in Birmingham at Millennium Point in May, during which they will meet their industry mentor, take part in workshops designed to give them the tools needed to write their business case and prepare for the pitch day in July. Sean, Tom, Ellie and Laura have had an exciting journey so far, are very proud of the recognition they have received for their invention of EVA and are very much looking forward to advancing further in the competition.
