A number of our students wowed the audience with a range of dance performances at St George’s Hall School Proms. The talented dancers produced three pieces, including KS3 Hip-Hop Mash Up, KS4 Contemporary Dance, entitled ‘Fallen Angel’ and a KS5 Urban Dance ensemble performance. It was immediately apparent how much time, effort and careful consideration had gone into the dances. One member of the audience said: “The Fallen Angel piece in particular was exemplary- it was a mesmerising performance.”

The School Proms is an annual concert featuring performances by 800 students from Bradford schools. It was established to celebrate music, dance and drama by the Music and Arts Service and to provide young people with a fantastic opportunity to showcase the many talents and variety of the Arts that exists within schools.

Well done to all the students involved.
