Titus Salt School prides itself on being at the forefront of new initiatives, especially when they relate to child protection and safety. We are immensely proud to be the first secondary school in Bradford to receive The E-safety Mark in recognition of the work we do to promote and ensure online safety. The school’s e-safety provision was given the highest possible grading by the external assessor.

South West Grid for Learning (SWGfL) found that TSS provides an incredibly high level of protection for users of all technologies and that the school’s high standards of e-safety education was exceptional. This means the school has ensured that users can be safe online; whether they are in school, in their homes or out and about using mobile devices.

Enrichment and Entitlement Leader, Mr Zabair Ali said: “We are delighted to have received this award. It clearly shows how seriously the school takes its e-safety.

This award highlights the hard work that has been done by staff, students, parents and governors. It has been achieved by working together as a whole school community. This recognition shows that the school is part of a community that is caring and resilient in making sure students use technology in a safe and appropriate manner. Modern technology is changing rapidly and as a school we are ambitious to make sure that we provide our community with the guidance and help to protect themselves throughout their lives.”
