Computing Top Secret Exhibition

On Wednesday 30 March, a group of Year 7 and 8 pupils took part in the Top-Secret Exhibition at The Science and Media Museum in Bradford.

The day started off with pupils taking part in a live show in the cinema where they were introduced to the stories of different pioneers in Computing, including Ada Lovelace and Alan Turning. The explored their contribution to Computing and how these individuals helped transform and develop technology over time.

Pupils then had a chance to visit various galleries in the museum to learn further about the history of Computing, before taking part in a range of code breaking activities. Pupils were also involved in specialist workshops where they had the opportunity to program robots and buggies.
