Celebration for our winning entries from Summer Book Club 2023

In summer 2023, we the launched our Summer Book Club in partnership with Book Clubs for Schools and Walker Books and every Year 6 pupil joining us in September 2023 was gifted a copy of Ross Montgomery’s fantasy story, The Chime Seekers.  

Lots of pupils submitted entries and many had gone above and beyond with their enthusiasm for the challenges: some pupils answered every single question they were given in response to the novel; many showed off their artistic talents with some beautifully illustrated front covers and maps of Hallow Fall and a few even created their own board game based on the characters, places and themes in the novel. We were so impressed that we even had to add an extra layer of prize winners with our commendations and special commendations as well as our top prizes.
