About This Gallery
The Post-it Note Holder Design and Make assignment focused on working with metals and plastics. Students' completed research and design tasks before manufacturing a simple model; helping them practice important marking out techniques. They then used aluminium and polypropylene to manufacture the Post-it Note Holder. Students learned about marking out on metal, bending and cutting sheet metal, joining techniques and injection moulding.
